Heather is truly the best customer service person to deal with and very accommodating. Most importantly, Heather provided an estimate that was accurate and detailed. The last service done on my car (November 2025) was a major repair and a bit frustrating because of the time required and additional parts needed to be ordered - but Heather managed to minimize the stress and frustration as she was in constant communication with updates and advising on time expectations. Great job to Heather and very much appreciate her efforts - give Heather a raise!!
