Performance
A balanced, comfortable ride is an expectation in the QX60, with the standard speed-sensitive power steering system ensuring smooth and easy handling, whether you’re cruising down Long Island Expressway or navigating city streets on the way to Bethpage State Park. It doesn’t lack for power either, with a standard 2.0L 4-cylinder VC-Turbo engine producing up to 268 horsepower and 286 lb.-ft. of torque. Distributing that energy is a standard 9-speed automatic transmission, delivering seamless gear changes and confident acceleration. Even with all of its emphasis on refinement, the LUXE edition offers an available Intelligent AWD system for even more responsive handling and bolstered traction. Also noteworthy is its 6,000-lb. maximum towing capacity1, allowing you to escape Long Island with a boat or camper for a weekend of adventure.
Interior
The 2026 INFINITI QX60 layers in a handful of additional cabin amenities designed to elevate your travels to new heights. Its front row, for instance, sees a ventilation function added to the front seats, making it easier to cool down after a hot summer afternoon at the beach. You’ll also find the addition of a power-tilting and telescoping steering wheel useful. In the second row, keep your passengers warm with heated outboard seats. They can also escape blinding sunrays or shield their privacy with the set of rear door sunshades this trim adds. Road trips also get more enjoyable in the LUXE thanks to its Klipsch® Premium Audio setup2. This audiophile-approved system includes 16-speakers compared to the standard trim’s 9-speaker arrangement and boasts 600 watts of power.
Safety
With your whole family relaxing inside, it’s only natural that you would expect more out of the safety and driver-assist features of an SUV like the 2026 QX60, which is why the LUXE gives you even more of them, such as Blind Spot Intervention™3. This system automatically steers you away from danger if you attempt to change lanes while another motorist is in that critical gap in your vision. If you start nodding off or get distracted behind the wheel, the Driver Attention Alert function brings your attention back to the road with flashing notifications or audible warnings.
