One minor bad thing I can say was I was charged $20.00 on my finance for the gas being fueled into my car. I didn’t know I had to pay for a car to be fueled especially when it had 10 miles to empty during the test drive and it was the same care I purchased! Thought everything was great when i purchased my 2016 A6- that is until I was told it came with one key! I insisted another key be included in the deal(who ever heard of getting one key!)- salesman went to management and it was agreed I would get that. Dealer had to order it, so when I went to have it programmed the other day I was told I was only getting a plastic valet key!!! I am not happy and disappointed in how this ended. I assumed we would get the same remote key -it was just a classless and cheap move on the dealers part.
