Although we ended up purchasing elsewhere, I want to say that Brian was excellent to deal with. We worked over numbers, spoke with the sales manager and were very pleased with the entire experience. Had some follow up to do on compatibility of certain options on the car (Audi claims certain selections are not compatible with others), but otherwise everything was great. Brian was friendly. Understood that we were looking for a specific car and that we weren't willing to compromise on certain options. He checked near-term deliveries, etc. to find the car we wanted. Unfortunately it didn't work out this time, but we'll definitely consider working with him and Legend when the current lease is nearing its end.
